Admission Procedures

Admission for any course is made for one academic year only. Students would be admitted to the next higher class in subsequent academic years on the basis of fresh application for admission to that class taking into account their progress, conduct, regularity in attendance and behaviour during the year.
The admission process is as follows:

• 1. Application forms and Prospectus can be had from the College office on payment.

• 2. Application in the prescribed from should be completed in all respects and shall be submitted in person to the respective Principal within a fortnight after the publication of the result of the qualifying examinations.

• 3. The list of Candidates selected for admission, will be put up on the notice Board.

• 4. The Applicant who is selected for the academic course should bring all the following documents in original without fail.

  •   a. Marks Card of the qualifying examination
  •   b. TransferCertificate from the institution last attended.
  •   c. SSLC Passing Certificate
  •   d. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
  •   e. Six passport size photographs
  •   f. Adhar Card Xerox Student and Parents
  •   g. Income & Caste Certificate

• 5. No Candidate shall be admitted, unless an application in the prescribed from is signed by parents/guardian. Actual admissions will be made by the Principal after a personal interview.

• 6. If a candidate withdraws after completion of admission process,he/she shall not have any claim to the fees paid by him/her.

• 7. All admissions made are provisional and subject to the approval of the PU Board ,Karnataka.

• 8. Every student required to pay the fees for the entire term for any part of which his/her name is on the rolls of the College.9. Every student is bound by the rules and regulations framed by the College from time to time in the matter of conduct,attendance,discipline,progress and promotion.

• 10. The active co-operation from the Parents/Guardians is solicited with regard to the above matters.
